des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz
(BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67
Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang
gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><b style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">II.</b><b style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"> Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen</b><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><b style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">1.</b><b style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"> Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze</b><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern
sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und
soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der
Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die
Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken
bewertet.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten aus Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden Rückstellungen
gebildet. Die Rückstellungsbildung wurde gem. § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des
nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bewertet.
Die Pensionsrückstellungen betragen € 465.197,00.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht
veranlagten Steuern.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten
gebildet.
