Die Übernahme der persönlichen Haftung an Windparkgesellschaften, die in der Rechtsform der GmbH & Co. KG betrieben werden.
Vertretungsregelung
Die Gesellschaft hat einen oder mehrere Geschäftsführer. Ist ein Geschäftsführer bestellt, so vertritt er die Gesellschaft allein. Sind mehrere Geschäftsführer bestellt, wird die Gesellschaft gemeinschaftlich durch zwei Geschäftsführer oder durch einen Geschäftsführer in Gemeinschaft mit einem Prokuristen vertreten. Alleinvertretungsbefugnis kann erteilt werden. Jeder Geschäftsführer kann von dem Verbot, Rechtsgeschäfte mit sich selbst oder als Vertreter Dritter abzuschließen, befreit werden.

Bremen. Das zuständige Registergericht ist das Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 34092 HB.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenklassen einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft

aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen wurden
nicht vorgenommen.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die flüssigen Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren
Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen
Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffende,
